AffliliatePerformance and DIEMEDIAFABRIK begin joint venture in online media planning
The partner company DIEONLINEFABRIK offers individually tailored online media planning and expands AffiliatePerformance's online media service.
Berlin, May 17, 2010 - As early as February 1, DIEONLINEFABRIK became an active associate of DIEMEDIAFABRIK GmbH and AffiliatePerformance GmbH.
AffiliatePerformance GmbH not only holds 30 percent equity in the newly established company, but has also installed one of its own executive directors, Ingo Tenbrock, as a member of the partner agency's executive team.
Services offered to customers of DIEONLINEFABRIK include Internet brand design, display advertising, video-ads and tailored social media presence.
Matthias Juergensen, executive director at AffiliatePerformance GmbH is looking forward to participation with the new company: "On top of our consistent online marketing design, we can now offer customers comprehensive online media planning through DIEONLINEFABRIK. Only recently AffiliatePerformance GmbH had expanded its team in order to win more large customers. Alongside Travel24.com AG, several noteworthy companies take their place on the customer list, among them Unister GmbH and EliteMedianet GmbH.
AffiliatePerformance GmbH was founded in October 2007 and since September 2009 and has been registered as a limited company under the executive direction of Matthias Juergensen.
