Matthias Juergensen has 10 years of internet experience, including running his own web design company. In 1999 he was hired by an executive consultancy as a consultant. There he was in charge of developing and growing business opportunities with dax-30-companys (the 30 largest prime standard companies listed in the German primary stock index) like BMW group or Commerzbank AG. He was responsible for his own profit center and managed twenty employees. He then joined Deininger Unternehmensberatung GmbH, one of the 10 largest executive consultancies in Germany. He left the company in 2004 to work on his own HR consulting projects. He is the co-founder of AffiliatePerformance Germany.
Alongside he helped glispa in 2008 founding a German entity and recruiting a team for the new HQ of the Glispa group based in Berlin. As Executive Director HR he was in charge of the worldwide HR strategy, the recruiting and the team building primarily in Berlin. One of the milestones is the unique trainee program he has created and implemented for glispa.
He holds Bachelor's degree from the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

Ingo Tenbrock co-founded AffiliatePerformance Germany in 2007 with Matthias Juergensen and has been managing our joint venture DIEONLINEFABRIK since 2010. Before AffiliatePerformance he was in charge of media buying and sales at Adconion Media Group, Munich. Prior to that he joined the online marketing agency Quisma in Munich, where he was responsible for implementing, managing and optimizing affiliate programs for key accounts such as expedia.de, Vodafone.de, tarifcheck24.de, hotels.com and parship.de. He started his career at FMC; a leading management consultant company, where he dealt with restructuring projects for retail industry.
He holds a diploma of economics with a concentration in marketing from the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg.
